Who are we?

My name is Daniel, and I am the founder of Särna Adventures. Birds and forests play a significant part in my life - a passion I share with my nature-loving colleague Therese "Tess" Ankarfalk from the coast of Sörmland.

We got to know each other during our nature guide training at Stensund Folk High School in Trosa and have since continued to grow together as guides.

A few winters back, we hiked together on Fulufjället, and the experience of willow tits coming forward to eat from our hands was a magical moment. The presence, nature, and the lives of the birds - all of this we want to share with you.💛

Warmly welcome!
